Hy-Vee: My local Hy-Vee is very accommodating. These stores are available throughout the midwest and it is easy to find quark cheese and fresh soft goat cheese for my mock bryndza mix. They have also special ordered Hungarian wax peppers for a friend at market price with no special order markup.
Cool blog! I saw this from your comment in the Czech/Slovak Mission Facebook page. Just wanted to share a restaurant and Slovak/Czech supplier.
